Employee Resource Groups

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are groups of employees who join together in the workplace based on shared characteristics or life experiences. They are designed to increase employee engagement, develop future leaders, enhance career development, and expand the company’s market reach while driving the organization’s business objectives.

The Solidarity Fund

Prime believes in making a meaningful difference in the lives of others – including our coworkers. The Solidarity Fund pools employee and company donations and distributes the funds to assist fellow employees in times of dire, short-term emergency needs. For example, an employee could experience the loss of a parent, become homeless, find out her child has a critical illness, or lose his home due to a natural disaster. In times of need, employees have a place to turn - the Solidarity Fund - all thanks to the compassion and generosity of our Prime employees.
